They allow us to recognize your device, keep you signed in to your landlord dashboard, store display preferences, and measure how features like the maintenance dispatch view are used. We also use related technologies such as local storage to remember your cookie-notice dismissal.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. Analytics data is anonymized and is used solely to understand how landlords navigate the platform so we can improve it.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without impairing core Service functionality, including keeping your landlord session active.
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Because the Service is operated by a Colorado-based company and serves users across the United States, we honor browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories, as required under the Colorado Privacy Act and other applicable state laws (California, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon).
